Revisions

Small revisions can be made after we provide the initial mockup, so it is encouraged to make sure all info, prices, dates, names etc. are given the first time. If many revisions are required, an additional fee may apply. You will be notified if this applies.

 

In the case of a cancellation or a change of mind by "The Client," 50% of payment is non-refundable. SK-Hollywood endeavors to provide graphic and web design services that meet and exceed a client's needs and expectations, but in the event of a "change of mind" by "The Client", 50% payment is forfeited and acts as a cancellation fee, plus a prorated payment based on the time spent. The deposit is to ensure SK-Hollywood allocates time in the schedule to create work for "the client".

 

 

Our Portfolio and Website Credit

We reserve the right to add completed projects to our portfolio. If there is a privacy issue involved, please inform us.

 

Client revisions should be, to avoid any confusion, in a single document or email (if possible), in a legible, easy to understand manner Changes sent through in 10 different emails in a disorganized or hard to understand manner will result in confusion on both sides.

 

When the time frame for a design has been quoted, the clock starts once PAYMENT AND INFO have been received.
