POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

YOU MUST AGREE THAT THE ABOVE POLICIES ARE UNDERSTOOD BEFORE DESIGNING CAN BEGIN. You only need respond once.
AS OF JANUARY 2026, Flyer information must be submitted by email in TEXT form. We can no longer take the info off of another flyer designed by someone else.
SKHollywood DOES NOT SHARE RAW or OPEN FILES for any other designer/individual to use. Final product for customers can be jpeg, gif or tiff
TURNAROUND TIMES QUOTED APPLY TO THE TIME FRAME GIVEN AT THAT MOMENT, not days later. Any changes that need to be made after designing begins can affect the quoted turnaround time.
PRICES ARE QUOTED BY THE NUMBER OF SUBJECTS TO BE ON FLYER BEFORE DESIGN….any changes or add ons after the design is made and sample is taken off of flyer will cost. Prices quoted are for one version of a design, not different versions.
ANY OTHER SIZE OR FORMAT STYLE OTHER THAN WHAT WAS AGREED UPON will be a separate charge.
MAKE SURE THE PHOTO USED IS TOP CHOICE. Wanting to change photos because someone “DONT LIKE THEIR PHOTO” will not be changed for free anymore
SKHOLLYWOOD HAS NO CONTROL OF CANCELLATIONS OR ACTS OF GOD. However we have no problem changing a date or location on a flyer for an event. But changing lineup, people, or ticket info may require a fee.
A project will be considered abandoned if we have not heard from you in 30 days.
